EIT Pathogena is excited to announce our participation in this year’s The Union World Conference on Lung Health, from November 12-16th.

The 2024 Global Tuberculosis (TB) Report from WHO presents urgent calls to action. As the world’s leading infectious killer in 2023, TB caused 1.25 million deaths and affected 10.8 million people, predominantly in 30 high-burden countries, particularly in South-East Asia.

Despite advances in diagnosis and treatment, challenges remain, and WHO is calling for united, multi-sectoral action to meet targets by 2027, including full diagnostic coverage and new vaccine development by 2028.

Against this backdrop, EIT Pathogena is excited to announce our participation in this year’s Union Conference. This annual gathering is a cornerstone for experts and innovators dedicated to tackling Tuberculosis. We’re proud to join this esteemed group, bringing our tool, fresh insights, and powerful connections to the table—all with the aim of driving global health forward.
